When the artist Vermeer painted his iconic Girl with a Pearl Earring, he could never have believed how well known it would become. This inspired set of gems consists of a pendant, a pair of drop earrings and a delicate bracelet, all derived from one of the most loved paintings in the world! This exquisite suite is created using gold-plated silver, precious citrines and lapis lazuli enhanced by freshwater pearls. The pendant has a rectangular gold flecked panel of lapis set between citrines with a pearl suspended at the base. The earrings which are for pierced ears, again feature the rectangular lapis and citrines with a pearl suspended on a gold-plated linked chain. The bracelet, which is hugely flattering to the wrist, is a slender combination of citrines, pearls and of course lapis. A dazzling collection of pieces for the discerning collector of fine jewellery that will never date or cease to draw all eyes.
