A gourmet whole ham from acorn-fed rare-breed Iberian black pigs raised outdoors on the farms of Guijuelo in the Spanish province of Salamanca, cured and matured for at least two years for a unique and succulent flavour. Presented on an authentic wooden stand complete with Pata Negra ham knife.
